Meetings in Public

The next CUH  Board of Directors meeting is taking place on Wednesday, 10th June. If you would like to attend the Board meeting, please email: cuh.trustsecretariat@nhs.net providing your name and your organisation/role if applicable and email address by no later than 12noon on Friday 5th June 2026 (3 clear working days prior to the meeting).

Asking a Question

Board of Directors meetings, whilst meeting in public, are not public meetings. This means that there will not be an opportunity for members of the public to directly address the Board. However, there will be a short question and answer session, held in public, subject to time available, when questions that have been submitted in advance may be taken.

If you would like to submit a question, please do so by emailing: cuh.trustsecretariat@nhs.net by 12 noon on Friday, 5th June 2026.

  • Questions from members of the public will be limited to 1 question per person/organisation and should be no more than 100 words in length.
  • Questions must only relate to matters within the powers and functions of the CUH Board of Directors.
  • Any questions received following the deadline date will be deferred and considered for the next most relevant Board meeting.

The Chair reserves the right to refuse written questions that are not within the powers and duties of the Trust to answer. The Chair may decide to not deal with complex or lengthy subjects in the question and answer session and may choose to respond with written answers only. The Chair has discretion on whether a question can be submitted to answer.
