Zahra's first shift in April 2023
Hello! I’m Zahra, I moved to Cambridge in the Summer of 2022.
I love working with people and wanted to be part of a community and family. Being part of the voluntary programme has enabled me to heal as a person and has given me so much motivation to progress within my career.
I have decided to go to university to study adult nursing and I could not be prouder to be part of the ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ community providing care for others.
If you have ever thought about volunteering or you are uncertain about which career path to take – I could not recommend starting with volunteering at Addenbrooke's hospital more. The staff are so supportive and welcoming.
