Please note: where donor gametes are imported from an overseas donor bank we have a duty both to you and to the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) to ensure that the sperm has been procured and stored in keeping with UK law. We will perform a series of checks with the sperm bank and if we discover that your chosen donor is not eligible for use in the UK we will advise you of the need to select an alternate donor.
