Beth was appointed Chief Governance and Performance Officer in 2026.
Beth joined ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ in 2020 and has held a number of senior leadership roles, initially as Director of Operational Strategy and subsequently as Director of Delivery before being appointed as the Interim Chief Governance and Performance Officer in 2025.
Prior to joining CUH, she held senior operational roles in other ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ acute trusts. She has also held national roles in ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ EnglandÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ New Care Models Programme and within the Department of Health and Social Care, having started her career in EYÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ Healthcare Consultancy team.
Beth leads on the TrustÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ performance and analytics functions, bringing these together alongside the Corporate Affairs portfolio to strengthen accountability, assurance, and delivery.Â
