My current role
In my current role, I am involved in the diagnosis and contribute to specialist services including hypertension and related cardiovascular risk conditions. I previously worked in endocrinology where I was involved in the management of complex endocrine and metabolic disorders. Within the Trust I work as part of multidisciplinary teams providing both secondary and tertiary care for patients with complex medical conditions.
I also support postgraduate education and training, contributing to regional medical education events and training programmes for physicians in internal medicine.
In addition to my clinical responsibilities, I participate in research related to endocrine and metabolic disorders, contributing to peer-reviewed publications and collaborative academic work associated with the University of Cambridge and ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½.
Previous history
I studied medicine in Vienna before pursuing further clinical training in the United Kingdom.
I subsequently completed specialist training in internal medicine and related subspecialties, leading to my current consultant role at ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ Foundation Trust.
Personal interests
I enjoy travelling, skiing, long distance running and classical music.
