I am the clinical lead for the National Severe Insulin Resistance Service and also do clinics in diabetes and endocrinology. The National Severe Insulin Resistance Service provides a multidisciplinary ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ service for patients with severe insulin resistance and / or lipodystrophy from throughout England, supporting both adult and paediatric patients.
