My current role
I am a consultant rheumatologist with expertise in all rheumatological conditions and an interest in chronic pain conditions.
Previous history
Having completed my medical training at Cambridge and Oxford universities, I undertook a PhD in basic pain mechanisms at the University of Bath. I joined CUH in 2007 and was specialty lead for 10 years, transitioning the department into the largest rheumatology department in the East of England.
