All patients can use the Hospedia bedside system. ItÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ simple to use, allowing you to make phone calls, watch films, and access basic internet services.
Prices
Outbound calls:
- Free, but mobile calls are limited to 2 minutes.
- ThereÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ no limit to the number of calls you can make.
Landline calls:
- Free for calls to 01, 02, and 03 numbers.
- Unlimited calls.
Mobile calls:
- Free but capped at 2 minutes per call.
Inbound calls:
- If a relative calls, they will be charged 13p per minute.
- The callerÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ network may charge up to 78p per minute.
- Hospedia receives 13p per minute.

TV services
Channels 1-5 are free every day from 6am to 12pm. No registration is needed.

- International calls cannot be made from the Hospedia system. For international calls, please use a payphone in the main concourse.
- Family members overseas can call our customer care centre on 0345 414 1234, and we can help transfer the call to your bedside.
